Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Support:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's goals and growth objectives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, practices, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Talent Management:
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.

- Employee Relations:
