What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader position at Auntie Anne's Pretzels?
Must be able to take full control of the shift. Jobs include but are not limited to making dough, rolling and baking pretzels, serving customers, handling cash, complete clean up at end of shift, count all money from daily sales, prepare deposits and take to the bank.
Previous food service or retail experience would be preferred but not essential. Minimum 1 year supervisory experience required.
Ability to work fast and under pressure and maintain good customer service whilst in full view of customers is essential.
Familiarity of computerized points of sales would be very helpful.
