What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader position at Auntie Anne’s Pretzels?
- make dough from scratch
- roll, twist and bake pretzels
- keep the store sparkling clean
- shows a sense of urgency
- display superior customer service
- work as a small team of 2-5 employees
- must be available weekends
- must be responsible for unlock and/or locking of the store on any given shift
- must be able to hold others to the high standard of Auntie Anne's
