About the Role:
As a Talent Partner at Aura, reporting directly to the VP of People Experience, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing various talent programs within the organization. This is a true "person of all trades" position, offering tremendous exposure to the business practices of the People Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the success of talent initiatives, supporting employee relations, and becoming a subject matter expert of HR systems like WorkDay.
Day to Day:
- Support and collaborate on the development and implementation of talent programs, encompassing performance management, merit reviews, engagement initiatives, and learning and development opportunities.
- Under the guidance of the VP of People Experience, address and resolve employee relations issues to achieve positive outcomes.
- Offer guidance to managers on employee-related matters, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Master the use of WorkDay, ensuring accurate and current data entry for personnel.
- Support the onboarding/offboarding process to enhance positive experiences and operational efficiencies.
- Establish and maintain people reports for tracking key metrics, providing insights for decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and execution of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B) programs, fostering an inclusive workplace.
- Demonstrate proficiency in tech tools, including Google Suites and WorkDay.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and technology trends to continuously improve processes.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years proven experience in a HR or Talent role, with exposure to various HR functions.
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and practices.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suites and experience with HRIS systems, especially WorkDay.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Pay range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
