We are looking for a new Client Experience Ambassador for our Ōtautahi / Christchurch office. In this role, you will play a vital part in changing the way we deliver Workplace Experience.
As one of the first points of contact in our stunning Christchurch office, you'll communicate our brand by creating an inclusive and welcoming environment and provide elevated and memorable experiences for clients, visitors, and employees.
Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.
Anticipate client, visitor, and employee needs and offer a seamless and memorable experience.
Support the smooth running of the office facilities, coordinating office maintenance, security passes, lockers, and repairs.
Work with the Lead Client Experience Ambassador and the wider New Zealand Workplace team to coordinate and assist with internal and external events.
Be proactive and continuously look for ways to improve the client and employee experience.
Day-to-day office operations including tasks such as inventory management, mailroom duties, fleet assistance and general administrative responsibilities.
Proactively engage with and develop strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Proven experience working in a customer centric role.
An adaptable, resilient attitude and a genuine passion and drive to offer a seamless customer experience.
Ability to trouble-shoot and provide practical solutions.
A team player, who thrives on collaborating and supporting their peers in a fast-paced people-centric environment.
Experience or training in the hospitality or event management industry will be highly regarded
Ability to learn new digital systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written communication.
