We are looking for a motivated and experienced lawn care crew leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lawn care practices and be able to lead a team of technicians in the efficient and effective completion of lawn care services.
Job Description:
- Meeting with clients and identifying yard maintenance needs.
- Maintaining gardens and flower beds, hand pulling and spraying.
- Mowing grass.
- Running a string trimmer efficiently.
- Seeding and fertilizing lawns.
- Trimming hedges.
- Maintaining the aesthetic appeal of clients' gardens, yards, and outdoor areas.
- Applying pesticides and preventing weed growth.
- Removing leaves and sticks, if necessary.
- Inspect lawns and identify areas that need attention
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
