Key Responsibilities :

• Order Selection : Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory based on customer orders, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected.
• Packing : Safely and securely pack orders, preparing them for shipping. This includes selecting the appropriate packaging materials and ensuring that products are protected during transit.
• Inventory Management : Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records by reporting any discrepancies or low stock levels observed during order fulfillment.
• Quality Control : Inspect products for defects or damage before packing, ensuring that only high-quality items are shipped to customers.
• Labeling : Properly label and tag packages with shipping information and any special instructions as required.
• Order Documentation : Maintain accurate and organized records of filled orders, including documentation of any special handling requirements.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. This includes using proper lifting techniques and handling equipment with care.
• Efficiency Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline the order fulfillment process, contributing to the continuous improvement of warehouse operations.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other warehouse team members and departments to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Prior experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is preferred but not required.
• Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order selection and packing.
• Physical Stamina : Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift.
• Time Management : Efficient in managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet order deadlines.
• Communication Skills : Basic communication skills to follow instructions and collaborate with team members.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues, such as missing or incorrect inventory.
• Technology Proficiency : Familiarity with warehouse management systems or order tracking software is a plus.
• Dependability : Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
