Join us as a Senior Client Executive at Kantar, where your primary responsibility will be to provide day-to-day support to Managers and Directors across a diverse range of accounts. In this pivotal role, you'll be the key interface between Kantar and our clients, ensuring seamless client engagement and delivering top-notch consultancy services. You'll be at the forefront of study design and analysis, driving the preparation of compelling presentations and insightful reports that shape our clients' businesses. What you will be accountable for:
- Account management - Engage with clients daily, managing expectations, project designs, and seeking feedback after major milestones.
- Analysis and research expertise - Develop and implement analysis plans, ensuring perfect data quality and providing insightful report commentary and presentations.
- Client management and consultancy - Contribute to proposal brainstorms, writing sections on methodology, timelines, and deliverables to maximize opportunity conversion.
- Business development and financial management - Manage project costs and timelines, reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs), completing costing requests, and understanding the impact on job profitability.
- People Management - Mentor Client Executives, share new knowledge and participate in office activities to maintain a positive work culture.
Required Skills:
- Strong Analytical skills, a curious mind & collaborative nature
- 2 - 4 years of proven experience in research and insights
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Knowledge of SPSS or Q
- Degree qualified
- Strong attention to detail
