As a Marketing Associate with Austin Cory - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in promoting the growth of our agency through creative and strategic marketing efforts. Your diversified marketing skills will shape our brand's public image and cultivate existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the agent to manage the website and social media content.
• Identify and support local community events.
• Establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
• Develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office.

Qualifications:

• Able to obtain Property and Casualty license.
• Able to obtain Life and Health license.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Marketing experience preferred.
• Proficient in social media, website, and email content generation.
• Self-motivated.
• People-oriented.
• Creative in problem-solving and goal achievement.
• Excellent in collaborative communication with team members and customers.
