Job Posting for Part Time Advanced Practice Provider at Austin Gastroenterology
We are currently seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Clinic based team. In this role, you will support a physician in providing direct patient care. More specifically, you will be responsible for performing complex medical evaluations, developing plans of care, educating patients and properly documenting patient's electronic health records. This role includes providing phone triage as needed. We estimate this role to require about 16 to 20 hours per week.
Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice in the state of Texas as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). We prefer candidates that have at least one year of clinical experience and previous use of EHR software.
In addition to base compensation, an annual allowance of $2500 for CME expenses, professional society memberships, malpractice coverage and reimbursement of licensing fees.
