What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Assistant position at Austin INFINITI?

The role of the Hybrid Sales Assistant is to support and aid top tier Sales Consultants by helping with paperwork and forms needed for a deal. (Also may help with off location deliveries)

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
  • Locating vehicles for presentation to potential buyers
  • Assure vehicles are in excellent condition for presentation
  • Set-ups the technology in a delivery for the guest
  • Complies 100% with personal delivery standards of the manufacturer
  • Makes calls to previously sold guests to schedule 2nd date appointments for re-delivery and / or to answer any questions regarding delivery
  • Prepare BVA as needed
  • Gathering of information/forms
  • Communicating with Finance Managers regarding deals
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in operating a PC
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication in both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently if necessary
  • Must be self motivated and present a great attitude with a high-energy personality

Compensation:

  • Starting at $16/hr (depending on experience)

Schedule:

  • This is a full-time position
  • Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week
  • 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. May be asked to stay later based on need
