Real Estate Sales Agent

Austin Lopez Home Team is looking for one or two rockstar real estate sales agents to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone just getting in to the real estate business and wants to learn the ropes of real estate. If you know for sure real estate is the industry for you, and that you will excel in this industry we want to talk with you. If not, we aren't a fit for you. Must already have a real estate license or be in the process of obtaining one to qualify for a interview with us.

We are a top producing team so everyone is responsible for carrying their own weight. You will be put on a 90-day probation period, if progress isn't seen within that 90 days you will be released from our team roster.

Responsibilities:

• Take clients on tours through different homes and attend home inspections.
• Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow up.
• Identify homes that meet prospective buyers’ home search criteria, schedule showings, and help the refine their criteria.
• Stay up to date with the real estate market and educate clients about market trends and the home buying process.
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE A REAL ESTATE LICENSE OR ABILITY TO OBTAIN ONE.
• Must have a computer as our support operations are virtual.
• Proven working experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates must be organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
• Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Willingness to learn.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain a real estate license before officially being hired. To earn a real estate license, you will need to complete real estate classes (online or in-person) offered by an accredited learning institution and pass a state licensing exam.
