What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Equipment Delivery Technician position at Austin Pharmacy & Medical Supplies?
Be part of an exceptional medical equipment delivery team. Use your previous technical, delivery, moving, and/or customer service experience to set-up and assist patients and their families in the proper use and care of medical equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, and hospital beds, in their home.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver medical equipment to customer's homes
- Set-up and instruct on the proper use of this equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Load and unload equipment from delivery vehicles
- Assemble/repair equipment as needed
- Maintain delivery vehicle
Qualifications:
- Experience in delivery driving, equipment set-up, mechanical or technical expertise
- Exceptional customer service ethic
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Completes work efficiently and accurately
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Deadline-oriented
- Clean driving record
