We are looking for FRIENDLY, FUN and ENERGETIC Game Attendants to join our growing team. Our Game Attendants love technology, solving problems, and keeping our games looking great and working perfectly. You will work with other game team members and learn valuable skills during the course of your employment. Our Game Attendants provide timely, accurate and friendly service with a smile, while also answering guest questions about how to play our more than 180 games in the best arcade anywhere in Texas!

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a smile
- Provide excellent service
- Assist in game placement and arcade flow
- Knowledgeable on all attractions and game pricing.
- Assure that all games are working properly
- Be a TEAM PLAYER in providing the best possible service to our guests!
- Acknowledge guests throughout the park
- Answer radio calls related to guest concerns or questions about the arcade or a specific game
- Work with gaming manager to ensure we maintain the best arcade in town
- Clean and adjust game settings as needed
Skills:
- One-year previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to effectively listen to, respond to manager feedback, and guest needs
- Background in technical knowledge is a plus
- Give and receive oral communication
- Must be able to frequently stand, walk, view computer monitors
- Bend, squat, reach above shoulder level, and discern color
- Must be able to regularly lift/carry up to 20 lbs.; occasOionally lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Must be able to frequently stand, walk, view computer monitors
