We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office support tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting various business activities, including retail operations, merchandising, event coordination, parts procurement, billing, and account management.
An excellent office coordinator is, above all, a resourceful, organized, and competent professional with phenomenal proactive listening, and communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative tasks with accuracy and speed. The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the Speed Shop.
Core responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer phones
Retail sales and merchandising
Billing and data entry
Parts procurement and organization
Event management and coordination
Required proficiency in the following:
QuickBooks Online
Google Workspace
Microsoft Outlook
Dropbox Admin
WooCommerce
WordPress
Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred skills:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Technically savvy and familiar with various web-based project management platforms
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment that is constantly changing
Self-starter, passion for solving problems, and comfortable with ambiguity
Ability to negotiate priorities, think ahead and anticipate the needs of management
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while meeting deadlines
Interest in classic cars, customs, and hot rods is a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
