Schedule: *****Full time employees must be available to work full time hours Monday through Friday and Saturdays as necessary
SUMMARY
Processes applications of individuals applying for loans and credit as well as performing maintenance on member accounts, in addition to the following:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Processes advances on existing lines of credit with current information and approval on file.
Obtains payoff amounts on refinances and calculates the value of the vehicle for the loan officers.
Processes loan requests, which include running credit reports, putting a file together and assigning loan to a loan officer.
Answers phone inquiries regarding loans, blue book value, payoffs, approval or denial, and account services etc.
Assists walk-in members with loan information.
Processes Visa requests and changes in account information.
Assists member in filling out loan or credit application.
Processes Home Equity and Home Improvement Loan Payoffs.
Responds to member emails and secure messages.
Processes release of title.
Other duties as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma and six months related experience and/or training.
Good credit standing is also required and will be verified during pre-employment stage. Once a contingent job offer is made, a criminal background check will be completed.
