Responsibility
To provide a variety of human resource services and assist all associates.
Support (ATA) efforts to promote Corporate Social Responsibility, (CSR) and ensure activities are carried out in cooperation with G-TEKT CSR, and Corporate Governance initiatives and activities to ensure compliance in functional areas of responsibility. Support the Corporate Governance Policy of Austin Tri-Hawk Automotive and the Objectives of:
Meeting challenges of changed legal and business environment.
Enhancing the trust of ATA among customers, associates, and society.
Implementing activities to improve ATA business operations using a strategy of Steady
Compliance.
Accountable to: Human Resource Manager
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required and/or 2-4 years related experience;
Strong organizational skills;
Strong verbal and written skills;
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment;
Multitasking abilities;
Maintain confidentiality of information and work independently
Bilingual Preferred
Leadership
Model proper, respectful and courteous communications with all associates.
Service
Provide positive Associate relations.
Assist Human Resource functions
Assist maintaining facility manpower requirements via helping with hiring.
Data entry of confidential information into the HRIS system, LOA, attendance and vacation tracking, and reviewing documentation for accuracy.
Assist with E-Time, ADP and payroll functions.
Assist in all company recreation activities.
Assist in termination issues.
Assist training, benefits, employee services, employee relations, and health promotion activities.
Understand regulatory compliance.
Support ISO-9001 requirements.
Operations
Maintenance of Associate personnel files.
Perform benefit liaison functions.
Coordinate benefits, services and employee relations activities.
Benefit administration for all Associates.
HRIS reports generated as needed.
Assist with Workman Comp claims if needed.
Assist in unemployment claims and process as needed.
Orientation of all new hires.
Conduct new Associate benefits orientation.
Work with temporary agency.
All other duties as required by the Human Resource Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $23.80 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
