The Basics:
- Compensation: $29-$32.50 per hour
- Job Type: Part Time (approximately 30 hours per week) - This position is eligible for benefits!

Job Duties:
- Run ABA programs
- Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
- Provide field supervision to behavior technicians as required for cases
- Support staff in meeting productivity requirements
- Assist in writing performance evaluations for behavior technicians
- Available to parents & behavior technicians by phone when there is an emergency or urgent need
- Produces progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources
- Attends staff meetings, trainings, and other meetings as requested
- Motivated to lead by example
- Other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program, required
- Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or obtaining hours towards certification, preferred
- 3 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
- At least one year of experience providing clinical program management (under the supervision of a BCBA)
- At least one year of experience working with various software solutions for data collection, programming and report writing tasks
- Must pass a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for
- Must be fully vaccinated, have received the booster if eligible, or have a religious or medical exemption
