The Manager’s purpose is to operate and manage a two bay lube facility in the most efficient and effective manor to be productive and profitable. There is a need to develop and maintain a staff and production, to focus on continuous improvement of customer service, quality of vehicle service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage training or schedule training for all new employees and continually train existing employees.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to employees.
- Lead employees.

- Fix minor to major mechanical problems.
- Able to identify problems with the equipment, solve or direct to correct person.
- Work with upper management and owner on goals and numbers.

- Cleaning of facility, and equipment.

- Perform multi-point inspection
- Inspect fluid levels and refill as needed
- Inspect belts, hoses, and wiper blades
- Check air pressure of tires and fill as needed
- Inspect vehicles for additional repairs or services needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Rack Vehicles, Change Oil/filter, Fill fluids, Vacuum, Clean Windows, Rotate tires,
- Change minor parts, Inspect vehicles
- Pull car in and out of bay
- Good Communication and basic computer skills
- Good mathematical and reading skills
- Ability to learn new technology
- Ability to learn new Service techniques and procedures
- Knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment delivering prompt and courteous service
- Valid driver’s license
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Customer service minded with the ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Ability to stand for more than 8 hours, walking, stooping, reaching, kneeling, crouching/squatting. Frequent to occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling 20-50lbs is required.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to operate equipment such as overhead and floor mounted oil and grease guns, transmission machine, air conditioner service machine, radiator service machine, hand tools and basic office equipment
- Must be able to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands
