Full Job Description
As an IT Technician, you will provide technical support services, including support for desktops, laptops, mobile DVRs, camera systems, cell phones and file/print servers. You will be a cross-department resource with advanced technical expertise and exceptional customer service management skills. You will work with advanced issues in Windows, OSX, and desktop support.
The IT Technician will also function as the face to the end-user on an everyday basis and will be called upon to take ownership of end user needs and services. Represent the company IT organization in a professional manner, and report regularly to direct manager.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support desktop/Laptop set ups.
- Maintain and setup mobile DVRs and camera systems
- Make hardware and system recommendations.
- Provide systems/equipment support for Remote workers.
- Maintain inventory of hardware, equipment, licenses, etc.
- Provide timely IT assistance to all staff, at all levels of the organization.
- Be the IT Administrator for all software and cloud services. Keep software up to date.
- Manage Microsoft Suites and software.
- Manage cell phones & cell service, including accounts, devices, and support.
- Maintain servers, networks, WiFi, and ensure system security.
- Document processes and perform diagnostic tests as needed
- Support an IT help desk and ticketing system.
Schedule:
Full Time Position: Monday through Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.
Qualifications:
- Independent thinking: relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- Completes basic analysis in completing assignments and deliverables
- Experience with remote support solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 a plus
- Experience with MDM to manage computers and mobile devices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

- Help desk: 3 years (Preferred)
