- INITIAL CONTACT WITH PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS
- COORDINATE CLAIMS AND COMPLETE INITIAL REPORT
- CUSTOMER FOLLOW UPS
- TRACKING INSURANCE PAPERWORK AND PAYMENT
- GENERAL PHONE DUTIES
- COORDINATE DELIVERY OF REPAIRED VEHCILES
- POST DELIVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE SURVEY
WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK MONDAY-FRIDAY AND SATURDAYS
CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE A MUST
MUST BE A DETAIL ORIENTED AND TEAM ORIENTED EMPLOYEE
