Equipment Installer

Summary:

Act as the point of contact for our customers to install our equipment at new locations, ensure correct set-up, and train our customers on how to use our equipment. When not installing equipment, this employee will rebuild and refurbish our equipment. They will be tearing down equipment, determining reusable parts, and performing quality testing to ensure equipment is functioning correctly. 

What we need:

A customer service-focused individual who enjoys working hands-on. 

Responsibilities:

• Follow our 28-day service schedule and conduct the 29-step preventative maintenance process on all customer dish machines 
• Troubleshoot dish machine operations and correct mechanical problems
• Provide on-call emergency service 
• Deliver and pick up machines and chemicals 
• Drive company vehicle responsibly with no accidents or infractions 
• Tear down equipment, determine reusable parts, and refurbish machines 
• Perform quality testing to ensure the functionality

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a reasonably clean record
• Able to work independently and use hand tools
• Mechanically inclined
• Light sales experience
