Our Kent Branch is hiring a Route Supervisor to deliver high quality service to our customers. You will be the point person for our internal team, assigning and updating routes, assigning service calls and making sure our customers are taken care of. This position will give you the opportunity to be a part of the success of our customers and our company.

What you'll do:
Coordinate and maintain all route service activities of the branch team
Train Service & Sales Representatives in all areas of responsibilities including customer service, equipment service, and sales
Run service routes when required to maintain service levels.
Work with branch manager on route issues and assist in handling escalated customer issues
Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years in a customer service environment.
Able to work independently and use good judgment.
Prior experience answering calls and responding to customers.
Intermediate computer skills (MS Outlook, Word and Excel)
Mechanically and/or technical inclination a plus
Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
