Job Requisition ID # 23WD67571 Position Overview The Renewals Specialist is responsible for driving, forecasting, and ensuring the closure of renewals. You will be also responsible for identification and creation of expansion opportunities. You will through direct customer engagement, collaboration with partners, and partnership with the Worldwide Sales teams. Also, you will focus on the identification and mitigation of renewal churn risk and ensures the delivery of irresistible customer experiences. Responsibilities Achieve assigned sales quotas Build opportunity pipeline and forecast management for assigned set of accounts Create partner forecasting for Territory region (geo depended) Provide deal-specific primary and secondary sales support, i.e., deal creation, development, presentation, negotiation and closure Responsible for all renewal issues that influence the customer's retention and risk mitigation execution Identify customer upsell and expansion opportunities Report on sales results and analysis by customer segment, region, sales channel, and product Coordinate collaborative channel partner, assigned territory sales, and customer sales meetings to increase renewals performance Manage the direct renewals directly with the end-users May be require to travel (geo depended) Minimum Qualifications 3 years relevant sales/renewals/account management experience Proven ability to negotiate $10k complex sales/renewals Pipeline management and forecasting Working knowledge of Salesforce Click below to learn more about our benefits in the US. https://benefits.autodesk.com/ At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world. Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $75,500 and $109,230. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
