Role Summary:
As a Digital Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies that drive sales and service goals for our clients. This includes:
- Designing captivating graphic content for media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business.
- Crafting and posting compelling content to engage clients and drive actions.
- Managing advertising spend budgets to maximize campaign performance.
- Engaging with online communities by responding to comments, reviews, and messages.
- Analyzing social media performance to inform strategy adjustments.
- Utilizing Airtable for efficient task management and delivery of high-quality work.
- Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance client campaigns and explore new investment opportunities.
