As a part of the Indiana Intake Agent Services Program, you will be responsible for assisting individuals and families gain access to child care services. Qualifications for the positions include excellent communication skills, strong PC proficiency and a customer focus with a passion for helping people. Knowledge of screening and eligibility requirements for Indiana public benefits preferred. Associate Degree and/or related experience required. Bilingual language skills a plus.
Job RequirementsEligibility Specialist: Position will be responsible for providing support to ensure parents understand the application process and documentation required. Minimum 1 to 2 years of phone-based customer service required; previous eligibility experience preferred.
