Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare company, is looking to hire a full-time call center professional to join its team in our East Providence, RI office.

Responsibilities:
Provides oversight of operational metrics for a state-wide contact center which assists with the ACA and related state programs
Produces various daily reports that will incorporate staff attendance and performance results, which will be used to determine ways to improve operations through effective staffing decisions
Job Requirements
Qualifications for the position include:
Team player with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Strong PC proficiency, including CMS monitoring.
Minimum of two years’ experience in call center operations and/or administrative functions in an office setting.
Must possess knowledge of key call center metrics, including utilization, service levels, handle time, abandonment rate, etc.;
Experience in health/human services and knowledge of RI Medicaid and ACA preferred.
Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.
Associate degree in related field or equivalent training or experience preferred.
On-site, in office position; shift are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
