Warehouse Lead Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, shipping
- Monitoring inventory, maintaining, and organizing the facility
- Perform monthly cycle counts
- Train personnel in proper standard operating procedures
- Assist drivers with loading their trucks as required and assist pick-up customers in a prompt, safe and courteous manner
- Must have 3 plus years of supervision experience in warehouse or logistics
- Chemical and Hazmat experience is a plus
- Able to manage time and prioritize requests
- Ability to work after hours and on weekends
- Ability to work under pressure and/or frequent interruptions
- Steel toe boots are required
- Background and drug test required
