Job Summary

The Customer Service Administrator will provide general support for the customer service team and other internal departments.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • · Validate, amend, and process customer purchase orders
  • · Expedite, liaison and follow up with internal resources on pending orders
  • · Track Late Orders
  • · Return Goods Processing for Sales and Quality/Warranty Department
  • · Compile Repair Evaluations and/or Storeroom Lists
  • · Document Control (Attaching records into our proprietary system)
  • · Provide General Customer Service to Internal Departments
  • · Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our various products
  • · Entering shipment details at the end of the business day into our CRM system
  • Answer and route phone calls received via the main line.
  • Greet and check in visitors.
  • · Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· 2 years minimum administrative experience

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Competency with Microsoft Office suite of applications

· Able to effectively communicate via phone and in writing (e-mail).

· Able to work in an office environment; possibly seated and on a phone for long periods.
