Base [Salary Range]: $73,000 - $80,000
Location: Remote (Up to 50% Travel)
This position is also eligible for bonus in accordance with the terms of the Autosoft plan.

Who You Are:
The Regional Sales Manager is a hybrid sales position primarily focused on identifying new sales opportunities for Autosoft product solutions and driving dealership adoption, both in person and over the phone. This role demands an elevated level of discipline, tenacity, and an entrepreneurial mindset to accelerate Autosoft’s growth daily.
What You'll Do:
- Exhibit a positive and winning attitude daily, both internally and externally.
- Identify opportunities daily and manage a robust pipeline of net new targets.
- Strive to exceed all sales targets, elevating the overall team performance.
- Strong presence both in person and over the phone, using proven methodologies to engage our customers.
- Develop a strong product knowledge as well as an understanding of customer needs.
- Be a student of the business and open to feedback, applying coaching daily.
- Manage and prioritize sales leads and develop new accounts through networking and referrals.
- Uphold CRM discipline by logging all insights daily for future intelligence.
- Present new product concepts to the marketplace effectively.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the competition, industry knowledge, and trends.
- Travel up to 50% of the time or as needed, sustaining fiscal discipline.
- Perform any other duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Values.

- Automotive vendor dealership experiences, selling to in-store decision makers.
- Business-to-business sales experience with finance, insurance, or other technologies used in the automotive industry required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
