What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Specialist position at Autoworks?
Our Part Associate has two primary purposes: First, to ensure our workshop achieves maximum productivity by efficiently managing our Parts Ordering, Logistics, Inventory, & Returns Processes. The second purpose of this role is to contribute to our customer service needs to ensure our customers receive an extraordinary service experience.
Primary:
Workflow support: Main focus is to increase our service capacity. During the repair order process, our parts associate will take over the creation of repair quotes, invoices, and other related documents involved in our repair order process.
Parts Management: Requires efficient management of our parts sourcing and return processes. Strong organizational skills are critical to this objective. This position will build upon our excellent working relationships with our parts venders to shop the highest quality of parts at the best possible process so that we in turn reach our established gross profit goals.
Customer Service: Perform a variety of customer service duties including answering customer phone calls, email inquiries, text message correspondence and any other customer service tasks as directed by business needs.
Data Entry: Entering in key performance indicators into a spread sheet. Entering recommend work into a spread sheet.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
