Exciting opportunity to work with an international audiovisual and technology services company that designs, builds and supports innovative technology solutions that create lasting experiences where people live, work and play.
They have an immediate opening for a Global Service Desk Analyst and will train! Must live in the Pacific Time Zone (California, Seattle, WA).
Should possess a minimum of one year's experience working in a Service Desk or Help Desk role and should be familiar with using a ticketing system such as Service Now, Jira or ZenDesk.
In this role you will work in collaboration with one or more Regional Service Managers coordinating various aspects of audio visual service contracts, functioning as a logistical and administrative resource for Managers during the service contract(s).
What Experience, Skills and Attributes you will need to be successful:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to interface well with clients and co-workers.
- Capability to manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous activities.
- Proficient with computers and standard office programs (e.g. Windows, Excel, Word). 6.Database and ticketing software experience is an advantage
- Microsoft Project and Access familiarity also valuable.
- Experience implementing new software and systems is a plus
What qualifications are required:
- AA degree with emphasis in business, engineering, design, or liberal arts or commensurate experience.
- Minimum one year of experience in a related industry or trade.
- Data management or prior project coordination experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of current products and trends in audio, video, show control, etc.
