We are seeking a Staff Frontend Software Engineer to join our dynamic and highly-skilled development team. As a Staff Frontend Software Engineer at Ava Labs, you will be at the forefront of Web3 innovation, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining blockchain explorers, decentralized applications (dApps), and other Web3-related web applications. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Innovative Web Apps: You will have the opportunity to build cutting-edge web applications that address novel UX challenges, driving the evolution of Web3
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow engineers across different teams to deliver feature-rich experiences
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging web technologies, enabling our team to tackle challenges with modern solutions
- Production Support: Assist our skilled support team in triaging bugs and resolving production issues
- Mentorship: Share your expertise by mentoring other engineers and conducting in-depth code reviews
