avad3 Event Production is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to work within our Warehouse department.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations in the warehouse and invest in the growth of our production hands. Your time will be spent ensuring the right gear goes to our events, managing the warehouse, and supporting the team in the field. Many weeks will be full of events, and gear will be coming and going every day; the weeks in between allow for repairs and quality checks. This role will be the warehouse expert, knowing where our equipment is, committed to efficiency, and entrusted with the care of avad3’s growing warehouse team.

You have experience working in logistics or within a warehouse setting. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead teams by being organized and schedule-driven
• Lead event related warehouse operations
• Implement and maintain warehouse organization
• Lead the production hand team
• Construct items for events or to modify existing equipment
• Repair production gear

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of warehouse experience or similar
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and safely operate a box truck

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Working in small business
• Management experience
• Event production experience
