You will contribute to the business by supporting the team on a daily basis through providing IT solutions and support for equipment utilized in the office as well as for shows. The IT manager will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our operations and a long-term impact on our overall growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage information technology and computer systems.
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Ensure network components work together seamlessly to meet business needs, using their full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitor solutions.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner.
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
- Preserve proactively manage assets.
- Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions.
- Prepare cost–benefit analyses when upgrades are necessary, and monitor vendors to ensure that they’re offering the best-possible service and value for business needs.
- Train team members to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed for office and events.
- Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of team members.
REQUIREMENTS
- Five or more years of experience in IT management
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, current equipment and technologies, computer hardware/software systems, backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring
- Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions
- Deep creative and analytical thinking
- Strong project management skills
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Expertise in the Audio Visual industry or with live events equipment
