We are looking for energetic, driven, service-oriented individual to fill our Financial Services Officer position at our Homewood branch. The Financial Services Officer will serve as a liaison between the members and the Credit Union. They will provide account information to members, and promote and cross-sell Credit Union products and services. They will open accounts, resolve, issues, and professionally handle the members within the Credit Union.

Basic Requirements:
Experience: At least twelve months of similar or related experience in a retail sales setting or in a financial institution.
Education: A high school diploma or GED.
