Royal Technologies Cullman, AL facility is growing. This growth opens up the opportunity to enhance our leadership team capability with the addition of a new Production Manager.
Our Production Managers have the tremendous responsibility of leading our teams to work in a safe environment, manufacture a quality product efficiently, that meets customer expectations and on time delivery. Day to Day Expectations:
- Have extreme ownership for assigned production areas and overall site success.
- Lead with clear expectations and follow up to ensure accountability and follow through are in place.
- Lead a culture that promotes involvement, communication, mutual trust and teamwork.
- Lead with respect, safety and quality in all that you do.
- Ensure all customer expectations are met and concerns are promptly addressed.
- Provide oversight to capacity and production planning to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements as well as equipment layouts; implement improvements to optimize.
- Ensure all employees receive adequate training and timely feedback to continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management and or related field
- 5 years production management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven operational and plant leadership abilities
- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
