AG seeks a Marketing Manager with proven ability in planning and executing exceptional digital marketing campaigns that are on the leading edge of best practices in paid/owned social, email, video, display, influencer, affiliate, and CRO.

Responsibilities centers around:
- Leading omnichannel marketing campaigns: Developing strategy and spearheading the execution of specific integrated marketing campaigns, each addressing all or various stages of the consumer journey – from awareness/consideration, event experience, and loyalty/CR to demand-gen/event ticket sales, which is the department’s top priority
In the process, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Setting goals and accounting for revenue: Establishing campaign goals/KPI that ultimately drive revenue
- Building strategies: Building target segmentation, portraits, and insights, as well as value propositions/message strategy, as well as experience, channel, and content approaches
- Developing creative concepts and executions: Working independently and collaboratively to develop and build consumer-facing creative solutions that bring strategies to life
- Directing functional experts: Incorporating feedback on strategic approaches then overseeing and contributing to campaign execution with tactical discipline leaders (paid media, owned social media, email, CRO/e-commerce, creative, affiliate, etc.)
- Analysis, insights & optimization: Informing design and optimization of campaigns by conducting and extracting insights from performance reporting, testing plans, and/or first-party research
- Budget management: Allocating and insuring that campaign budgets stay within approved parameters
- Managing client/artist relationships: Interfacing and collaborating with clients and/or artists in developing campaigns
- Team Management: Guiding and nurturing direct reports; contributing to peer reviews/development
- Partner/vendor management: Maintains healthy, effective collaboration with internal and external partners/vendors
- Tracking best practices/trends: Staying abreast of the latest marketing methodologies, as well as consumer/cultural trends
- QA/QC: Ensuring the quality and usability of campaigns; responsible for communications accuracy and compliance with technical, privacy, regulatory, and brand/creative standards
Required Experience/Skills
- Deep experience in integrated digital & social marketing, target segmentation, paid media buying/management/optimization, video and display
- Deep knowledge of electronic music genres and audiences
- Deep experience with live music marketing
- Right-brained and left-brained: highly analytical with experience in a rigorous data-driven environment, but also creative and adept at developing non-linear, original, innovative ideas
- Proficient, detail-oriented project manager

Qualifications
- Six or more years of digital marketing experience in music/live events with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 4 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (MBA preferred)
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Powerpoint/Slides/Keynote Google Suite, all paid media platforms, (FB Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, AdRoll), Google Analytics, social listening platforms (Brandwatch, Meltwater, Falcon, etc.)
