What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Coordinator/Recruiter position at Avante?

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new hire orientation and paperwork.
  • Provide support in talent management, recruitment and training programs.
  • Manage interview calendar and job postings.
  • Assist with benefits administration.
  • Track and manage time off and leave.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and social media activities.
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years’ relevant human resources experience required.
  • High attention to detail and pro-active thinking is a must.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience with HRIS is a plus.
  • Must be responsible and reliable.
  • High level of maturity, discretion, initiative and professionalism required.
  • Excellent communications and writing skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Experience level:

  • 1 year
  • 2 years
  • 3 years

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Norwood, NJ 07648: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
