We're looking for an experienced support technician to join our technology team that is responsible for all stages of engineering and supporting our high-traffic SaaS platform. You'll be responsible for providing timely, professional service to our clients located all over the world. You'll work to refine our support software and processes. You'll find creative solutions to unique technical problems within the affiliate marketing space.
Responsibilities
• Provide timely and courteous service and support to our clients
• Become an expert on our web-based SaaS platform to better assist our partners and clients
• Improve our support software and support processes
Requirements
• Experience handling customer questions and complaints in an efficient and friendly manner
• Ability to solve technical problems
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
• Ability to work effectively with little supervision
• Ability to understand complex technical problems and explain the solutions in a way that is easy for others to understand
• Good typing skills
• Excellent written communication skills
Preferred
• Experience with ticket management software, such as Zendesk
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Experience with tag management solutions
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WebCommerce, etc.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
• Experience with APIs
