Job Summary
In partnership with the Director of Consolidations, the Finance Manager Americas Consolidations prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual internal financial statements for the region. Reviews financials for variances and provides detailed commentary to continuously provide critical information, unbiased facts, risks and opportunities and ownership/championing of action planning to enhance growth and operating results. Leads the Americas region in the Annual Planning process, and quarterly Forecast updates. Takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions to complex business issues. Operates as a recognized expert and leads functional teams. Directs the activities of staff ensuring completion of tasks and attainment of departmental goals.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field from an accredited college or university; Graduate degree preferred, but not required
- 8 years experience in finance or accounting related fields; leadership experience a plus
- Six Sigma or Lean training helpful, but not required
