We are seeking a Remote Field Engineer with Avaya Aura experience and Top-Secret clearance that would be replacing Nortel CS1k gear as needed. Seeking someone with Software Specialist background or job skills. Must be located in a commutable area to Fairfax, Virginia, able to travel at least 50% of the time overseas to any of 83 countries and be prepared to stay for 4 to 6 weeks when install is needed. Must have a valid passport or be able to quickly obtain a passport. When not overseas there is an opportunity for remote work but must reside in a commutable distance to Fairfax VA to be available for onsite pre-staging operations when required. Hybrid example would be 1 month in office during build, 2 months remote when no pre-staging is taking place. Should be able to work without direct supervision in challenging environments globally. Must have a working knowledge of Avaya technologies, be able to deploy Avaya Aura systems, telephones, and equipment all while providing troubleshooting during the deployment and pre-staging phases. Individual will be part of an implementation team responsible for providing US government customers with professional and expert support. Must be able to operate independently or as part of a team in foreign countries to complete telecommunication installation mission.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in telecommunication systems installation
• Avaya Aura Red/ System Manager/ Session Manager/ Communications Manager
• Software Specialist Competencies
• System Manager/Session Manager HA/Communications Manager HA
• AES for single TSAPI link to AT&T provided 3rd party Call Recording for Main Operator locations plus single security office
• Avaya Messaging Voicemail
• Breeze for Attn Console
• Breeze for Avaya Device Adapter (ADA) in some locations this is being End of Sale
• Avaya Aura, CS1K and IP Office technologies experience required
• IPO and CS1K background would be helpful
• Normal system Layout
• Preferrable if Avaya Aura Certification is in place

The pay range for this opportunity is from $87,800 to $118,500 performance-related bonus benefits

This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
