Looking for a professional and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team at Aventura at the Bay!
The position is PRN.
Hours available are: M-F 4-8/Sat & Sun 730-8
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with residents, family members, vendors and employees
- Answer phones, take messages, distribute mail, sign for packages
- Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
-Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day
- Daily screening of employees, family members and vendors
-Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset customers
-Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive
- Experience with MS Office
