What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welder position at Aventure Staffing?
Welder / 22hr-$24 / hr Depending on Experience
Monday-Friday, 7 : 30am-5 : 00pm Mon-Fri
A welding and manufacturing company that has been in business for over 40 years, located in Milford, IA is looking for a Welder / Fabricator.
- Build assemblies utilizing fixture and blueprints
- Come up with solutions to repair steel and aluminum parts
- Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work environment
- Ability to turn ideas and / or sketches into complete prokects
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in welding / fabrication shop is preferred
- Welding certification desired but no required
- Willingness to attend training and / or classes to gain knowledge to operate all machines effectively
- The ability to operate a forklift or the willingness to learn how to operate one
- Employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 50lbs
Pay & Benefits :
- Starting Pay : $22hr-$24 DOE
