We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager who has a proven track record with creating high-performing social campaigns. You will lead our corporate social media strategy and drive social engagement for the company and facilitate social ambassadors' program. The ideal candidate thrives in an ambiguous environment where they have end-to-end ownership in a white space, is an excellent communicator and has strong business judgment.
What will you be doing?
As a Social Media Manager, you will help us elevate our brand, engage with customers and drive thought leadership on social media.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Plan, manage and execute social media vision to drive brand discovery and customer engagement via social media channels and team partnerships (i.e. influencers, cross-site events).
- Build, execute, and scale organic social campaigns – Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram – and continuously innovate on opportunities for channel expansion
- Maintain deep understanding of social media metrics and data analysis and ownership of data touchpoints.
- Identify emerging channel trends (content formats and subject matter) to define and execute experiments
- Manage external agencies and oversee campaign strategy, leading creative ideation to deliver innovative, best-in-class campaigns for customers and meets channel growth goals.
- Contribute and present strategy, learnings and recommendations to senior leadership via meetings and document writing
- Develop and own multiple team KPIs for social media strategy to drive results toward our business goals over short and long-term that are reported to senior leadership.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance for social media best practices such as content publishing guidelines, KPI benchmarks, and channel growth strategies across our organization.
- Work cross-functionally across broader teams (e.g., Marketing, PR, Content, Creative) to execute campaigns and programs, driving excitement for key initiatives, and community building experiences

In this role, you are tasked with leading organic social strategy so you will need to have the ability to think creatively and strategically and easily able to switch between thinking and doing.
Other qualities you'll need to be a fit for this role include:
- 5 years of relevant experience in organic and paid social media marketing (preferably in B2B software industry), working as part of an agency or in-house team
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study
- Track record of successfully launching/participating in marketing campaigns including both experience with social or other digital marketing campaigns, best practices, and tools as well as other common campaign tactics
- Proven experience in setting social media strategy and content direction.
- Strong positioning and messaging skills; ability to craft clear and simple messages that work
- Creating or actively participating in successful brand, PR and marketing campaigns
- Collaborative team player; work well with others in marketing teams and other functions (like sales, product, services); able to impact and influence without reporting lines
- Articulate and skilled at telling a written or visual story in a simple straightforward way
- Willingness to continuously learn new techniques and skills
