- Responsible to provide clerical/reception support for clinical care of patients on designated unit.
- Primarily works in the inpatient nursing departments of Med/Surg and Women's Center, but will cross-train to the Emergency Department
- Performs blood glucose test, accurately and timely, including point-of-care (POC) documentation for defined quality controls.
- Maintains accurate and concise records, documenting promptly all pertinent information in the patient’s EMR.
- Responsible for preparation of rooms for admissions, return from surgery/transfers, and transportation of patients throughout the facility.
- Provides patients with dietary needs such as calling for meal selection; tray set-up and assistance with feeding.
- Provides ADLs for patients, including bed linen changes and maintaining clean, orderly patient rooms.

- The ability to provide care in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with your team.
- Must be 16 years of age.
- BLS certifications required within 90 days of hire.
- MN CNA and CPI certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Monday-Friday, 7:00pm-7:30am, occasional on-call time; 8 hours every 2 weeks
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $18.25 - $24.00 per hour
