What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stress Technician position at Avera Health?
Position Summary: Responsible to provide quality cardiac stress testing as directed by the physician. Including Conducting EKGs and stress testing Manual blood pressures Documenting vital signs in the EMR Maintaining crash cart and provide adequate level of supplies in exam rooms Work Environment: May be required to deal with unpleasant environmental situations resulting from patient care or patient activity. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent plus 2#years of cardiac patient care experience with strong knowledge of cardiac rhythms. Licensure/Certification: None Required.
