Job Summary
- The HRNow Advisor is responsible for providing consistent, high-quality customer care and service excellence to our employees.
- The HRNow Advisor will serve as a subject matter expert assisting and facilitating employee and manger inquiries and requests that are received via phone HR Portal, email, chat, and other access channels.
- The HRNow Advisor will use case management tools to respond to and track employee and manager inquiries using HR experience and knowledge
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year Human Resources experience is required, 2-5 years Human Resources experience is preferred.
- Experience in Human Resources processes such as payroll, benefits, recruitment, talent development/performance is highly desired.
- General knowledge and understanding of Human Resources policies, processes, and employment laws is required.
Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $23.75 - $36.00 per hour
