Job Summary
- Develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies.
- Use a variety of resources to find the best candidates and maintain a network of contacts.
- Work directly with Hiring Managers to hire the best talent.
- Participate in career fairs to build talent pipelines.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; or, 2-3 years of Human Resources experience require.
Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks
- Occasional travel to hiring events required
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $25.00 - $37.75 per hour
