Spencer Hospital is now hiring new grads in the following departments: Medical/Surgical, Intensive Care Unit, Behavioral Health Unit, and Same Day Services/PACU! Responsibilities:
- Responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care in the assigned department.
- Assumes the responsibility for the outcome of nursing care during a specified work period.
- Collaborates with all available nursing personnel to provide total patient care.
- Must have knowledge of and utilize appropriate age-related patient protocols relating to the physical and psychological needs of patients.
Requirements:
- Must be a caring communicator, flexible, able to multitask and be comfortable with technological systems
- IA RN license
- BLS and ACLS are required - onsite training is available with no cost to employees upon hire
Schedule:
- Multiple Shifts Available - 12-hour shifts - 7-7 - holiday and weekend rotation:
- 72 hours a pay period. Day/Night. Or Straight Nights.
- Weekend Package. 12 hr shifts Fri-Sun. Day/Night. Work 42 out of 52 weekends per year, may work more. Receive an additional 8 hours paid every pay period! Your choice of benefits (10% increase in base wage) or non-benefits (33% increase in base wage).
